FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL
Reden C. Dionisio is the founder of Genuines Coaching & Consulting and a retired U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officer with more than 21 years of leadership experience.
Throughout his military career, Reden led people and teams in demanding environments where communication, resilience, accountability, adaptability, and execution weren’t theoretical leadership concepts; they were operational requirements.
Those experiences shaped a leadership philosophy centered on intentionality. Reden saw firsthand how capable leaders and teams can continue producing results while gradually drifting from their priorities, people, purpose, and standards.
Today, he brings those lessons into organizations through leadership development, executive and team facilitation, coaching, resilience training, keynotes, and customized workforce-development programs.
His work is built around a straightforward idea: leadership drift rarely happens all at once. It develops through small disconnects in priorities, decisions, communication, accountability, and execution. The goal is to recognize those disconnects earlier and lead with greater clarity and intention.
